Shane McArdle is the CEO of Kongsberg Digital, a recognised leader in driving digital transformation across heavy-asset and carbon-intensive industries. With a career spanning strategy, technical application, consulting, business development, and operations, he helps organisations realise the potential of digital, making industrial data available for intelligent end-to-end workflows.

Shane began his journey in 2011 with Kongsberg Oil & Gas and went on to lead Kongsberg Digital's Digital Energy division before being appointed CEO. He is based in Oslo, Norway, and brings deep expertise in optimising industrial performance through data-driven solutions.
